From George Washington Bridge
Take Route 80 West, follow signs for local lanes to Exit 64B. Go to bottom of ramp make left turn at traffic light. Travel to the third traffic light, make a right turn onto Williams Avenue. Go to the first traffic light make a left turn onto the Boulevard. Travel 6 blocks - Costa Memorial Home is on the right side. (Corner of Boulevard and Central Avenue.)
From Lincoln Tunnel
Follow signs to Route 3 West, pass Giants Stadium and cross over the bridge. Take the first exit after the bridge and follow signs for Route 17 North. Travel to the fourth traffic light and take the Franklin Avenue jug-handle. Cross over 17 and proceed to second traffic light on Franklin Avenue. Make a right turn onto the Boulevard, and travel 4 blocks. Costa Memorial Home is on the left side. (Corner of Boulevard and Central Avenue.)
From North
Take Route 17 South and pass Garden State Plaza. Travel on Route 17 South to first traffic light. Make a right turn onto Williams Avenue. Proceed to second traffic light, make a left turn onto the Boulevard. Travel 6 blocks - Costa Memorial Home is on the right side. (Corner of Boulevard and Central Avenue.)
From South
Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 159 to Route 80 East (Local Lanes) to Exit 64 (Route 17 South). Proceed to first traffic light and make a right turn onto Williams Avenue. From South
Take NJ Turnpike North to Exit 16W. Follow signs to Route 3 West. First exit over bridge is Route 17 North. Travel to the fourth traffic light and take the Franklin Avenue Jug-handle. Take the Verrazano Bridge to Gothals Bridge follow signs to NJ Turnpike North. Take NJ Turnpike North to Exit 16W. Follow signs to Route 3 West. First exit over bridge is Route 17 North.
