GENTILE, Anthony "Tony" 84, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. to the late Rocco and Maria Gentile. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the V.F.W. Post 4591 in Hasbrouck Heights, the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 15 in Little Ferry and a volunteer at the V.A. office in Hackensack. Before retiring, Tony was a gardener for the Department of Parks in New York City. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Tricarico) Gentile. Devoted father of Tony Gentile and his wife Debbie of Wood-Ridge and the late Richard Gentile and his wife Donna Gentile of Saddle Brook. Dear brother of Mary Stangelli, Michael and Angelo Gentile, Ida Clark and the late Rocco Gentile and Philomena D'Orizo. Loving grandfather of Joseph, T.J., Thomas and Marissa.
