Adelina Barrero (nee Portela) 90, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. Born in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia to the late Elcira and Roberto Portela and came to the United States in 1959. Before retiring, Adelina was a social worker. Beloved wife of the late George Barrero. Devoted mother of Arnold Barrero and his wife Martha, Edgar Barrero and his wife Noemi and Gary Barrero. Dear sister of Roberto Portela and Maria Mercedes Obernauer. Loving grandmother of Tyler, Emily and Ryan.

Services will be private. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
