Almera A. Salerno (nee Patitucci) 92, of Carlstadt formerly of Wood-Ridge passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Rosina and Oresto Patitucci. Beloved wife of the late Camillo "Tom" Salerno. Devoted mother of Gerald R. Salerno, Esq. and his wife Diane, Thomas C. Salerno and his wife Gina and the late Jacqueline R. Bischoff and her late husband John. Dear sister of Anthony Patitucci and the late Lena, Millie, Natalie, Jerry and Gloria. Sister-in-law of Felice and Doretta Salerno, Joseph Biviano and his late wife Mena, Peppino and Rosetta Salerno and the late Rita and Maria. Loving grandma of Nicole and her husband Matt, Catherine, Christopher, Kelly and her husband Kegan, Michael, Caroline and Julia. Almera is also survived by a dear family friend Anthony Guidetti and his wife Kim, her many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. She devoted her life to taking care of her family and was especially fond of the joy she received spending time with her grandchildren. Almera will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady in Wood-Ridge at 10:30 AM.  Cremation following at Cedar Lawn Crematory. Visitation Wednesday, October 25th from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
