Andrew W. Proscia

Andrew "Andy"  W. Proscia 96, of Lodi passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Born in New York City to the late Anna and Frank Proscia. Andy was an Army veteran of the Korean War and was in the Army National Guard for 45 years retiring as a Sgt. Major. He was a member and a Past Commander of the V.F.W. Memorial Post 4591 in Hasbrouck Heights. Andy was a longshoreman and a member of the International Longshoremen Association. 

Beloved husband of the late Josephine Proscia. Devoted father of Andrew Proscia and his wife Susan, Mark Proscia and the late Josette Schneider and her husband Mike. Dear brother of Anna Schell, Grace Minerva and the late Mike, Willie, Mario, Frank, Joe and Angeline. Loving grandfather of April Proscia, Brian Schneider and his wife Emily and Kelly Saccone and her husband John. Cherished great grandfather of Daniel, Connor, Dylan and Paige. Andy is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. 

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights on Monday, September 28th at 8:45 AM. Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Sacred Heart in Rochelle Park at 10 AM. Interment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Sunday, September 27th from 1 - 6 PM at the funeral home.
