Ann "Cookie" C. Patunas (nee Cirit) 79, of Moonachie formerly of Jersey City passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021. Born in Jersey City to the late Anne and Henry Cirit, Sr. Ann was a past president of the Moonachie Board of Education and was very active in the community. Beloved wife of Eugene Patunas. Devoted mother of Marie Elena Patunas-Rubin and her husband Richard, Melissa Matos and her husband Joe, Matthew Patunas and his wife Christina and the late Michael Patunas and his surviving wife Jill. Dear sister of Henry Cirit. Her great pride and joy were her grandchildren, Emily, Jenna, Jessica, Alyssa, Alexander, Sarah, Lauren, Sofia, Henry, Joseph and Alexis.
