Ann J. Desclafani (nee Cerrato) 67, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025. Born in Jersey City to the late Frances and Vincent Cerrato. Ann was a vascular scheduler for Hackensack Meridian Health / HUMC in Hackensack. She was a faithful parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church in Hasbrouck Heights where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Rosary Society. Beloved wife of John J. Desclafani. Devoted mother of Jessica Dos Anjos and her husband Joe and John V. Desclafani. Dear sister of the late Vincent Cerrato. Daughter-in-law of Ann E. Desclafani. Loving grandmother of Julianna, Jace, Quentin and Vera.

Church 260 Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights at 10 AM. Entombment following at Maryrest Mausoleum, Mahwah. Visitation Tuesday, March 18th from 3 - 8 PM at the funeral home.
