Obituary

Antoinette Bulger (nee Lefanto) 83, of Lodi passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Born in Jersey City to the late Mary and Alexander Lefanto. Antoinette was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church in Lodi and a member of the Rosary Society. Antoinette was a woman whose warmth, creativity, and unwavering devotion to her family touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose love for her family was evident in every moment she spent with them.

Antoinette's love for crafts was one of the special ways she created memories with her grandchildren. There were many craft projects for their sleepovers at Nanny and Pop-Pop's house. One of her favorite traditions was on Good Friday to color Easter eggs together. She loved Easter. After church, Easter was at Nanny's house. There was so much excitement for Easter egg hunts and she made the best Easter baskets. She always made everyone in her family feel special and blessed.

Antoinette was also a lover of ceramics. Twice a week, she attended a ceramics studio where she would create beautiful pieces. Over the years, her family came to treasure these works of art, with each piece becoming a symbol of her love. These handcrafted treasures are now priceless heirlooms that will forever hold a place in the hearts of her children and grandchildren.

Antoinette also loved the Christmas season. Every year, she made sure to fund her Christmas club so she could give gifts to her family. After church, Christmas at Nanny's was a celebration of being together, a time for exchanging gifts, sharing a meal, and love. Antoniette's home was always filled with the spirit of Christmas.

Antoinette will be deeply missed but forever remembered, not only for the crafts she created and the traditions she upheld, but for the love she gave to all who were fortunate enough to call her family.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Bulger. Devoted mother of Thomas J. Bulger, Jr. and his wife Kristina and Joanne Inglesby and her husband Brian. Loving grandmother of Alexander, Amanda, and Erika Bulger and Nicole Garfi and her husband Salvatore, and Kristen Inglesby. Cherished great-grandmother of Salvatore Garfi.
