Carmine "Joe" Caruso 87, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Born in Sinopoli, Calabria, Italy to the late Giacoma and Francesco Caruso and came to the United States in 1955. Before retiring, Joe was a carpenter for Maceli Cabinets in Carlstadt and a member of the United Furniture Union in Newark. Beloved husband of Rosa (nee Panuccio) Caruso. Devoted father of Francesca DiGirolamo and Richard F. Caruso and his wife Antonella. Dear brother of the late Natalina Panuccio, Rosina Condina, Grazia Cutri, Antonia Scudella and Domenica DiGirolamo.  Loving grandfather of John, Matthew, Joseph and Leo. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Wednesday, August 18th at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church 260 Boulevard Hasbrouck Heights at 10 AM. Entombment following at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee. Visitation Tuesday, August 17th from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
