Celeste Rountree Ricketts

Celeste Rountree Ricketts 59, of Wood-Ridge passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026. Born in New York City to the late Patricia and Charles Rountree. Celeste was a graduate of Aquinas High School in the Bronx and from Bridgewater State College where she received her Associates Degree in Meteorology. She was a Royal Services Agent at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. 

Beloved wife of Terry Ricketts. Devoted step-mother of Nalah Lorraine Ricketts. Daughter-in-law of Valerie Binger. Dear sister of Charlene Popo and her husband Claude and her brother; Sean Carroll. Sister-in-law of Shakema Tatum and Shernah Ricketts and a "sister-cousin" of Tysheen Daniels. Cherished aunt of Justin Tyrell Williams and Mia and Syndie Carroll. 

Visitation at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights on Friday, July 24th from 10:30 - 11:30 AM with a Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Interment following at Mount Holiness Memorial Park, Butler.
