Dennis R. Haggerty 67, of Wood-Ridge formerly of Jersey City and Hoboken passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023. Born in Hoboken to the late Frances and Dennis G. Haggerty. Before retiring, Dennis was a Postal Supervisor for the U.S. Post Office in Hoboken.

Beloved husband of Carol (nee Sidoti) Haggerty. Devoted father of Kristen Steed and her husband Brian and James Haggerty and his wife Sophia. Dear brother of Denise Theodore, Lynn Buckholtz and her husband Jim and Richard Haggerty and his wife Susan. Brother-in-law of Joann Molta, Barbara Sidoti and the late Vincent Sidoti and his surviving spouse Sharon and the late John Sidoti. Loving grandfather of Kylie and Jake. Cherished uncle of Jeanine, Anthony, Alyssa, A.J., Timmy, Ryan, Jason, Melissa, Stacey, Katie, Richie, Shelby, Emily, Rebecca, Joe, Vinnie ,and Michael. Dennis was a cherished friend and neighbor.

Funeral Service at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue Hasbrouck Heights on Wednesday, July 12th at 10 AM. Interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation Tuesday, July 11th from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation would be appreciated. www.parkinson.org
