Dino Miccoli 87, of Carlstadt formerly of Weehawken passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025. Born in Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna Italy to the late Luigi and Generosa Miccoli and came to the U.S. in 1956. He was an Army veteran during the Vietnam War. Before retiring, Dino was a school bus driver for the Board of Education in Secaucus and previously, was a co-owner of a woman's coat factory in Jersey City. Beloved husband of Frances (nee LaForgia) Miccoli. Devoted father of Gina Salerno and her husband Tommy and Gianni Miccoli and his wife Lorraine. Dear brother of Renzo Miccoli and his wife Wanda. Loving grandfather of Michael Salerno, Dean Miccoli, Julia Salerno, Dylan Miccoli and Sophia Miccoli. Dino is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law and his loving nieces and nephews. He also loved his granddogs Willow and Toby.
Dino was a very active Nonno. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, going out for dinner with family and friends, watching his favorite movies, loved to travel, and in his younger years was an avid tennis player and loved his sports especially basketball (Knicks). He was a longtime member of the Juventus Club in Hoboken and was passionate about his Italian soccer. Dino touched the hearts of many. He will eternally be loved and missed by family and friends.
Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady in Wood-Ridge on Saturday, November 22nd at 11 AM. Entombment following at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105 in memory of Dino Miccoli would be appreciated.
Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
