Dolores M. Jones (nee Massardo) 87, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Born and raised in Jersey City to the late August and Elizabeth Massardo, before moving to Hasbrouck Heights 56 years ago. Before retiring, Dolores was an officer in the Mortgage Department at Hudson City Savings Bank in Paramus for over thirty years and a former volunteer at Hackensack University Medical Center for twenty years. Dolores was a member of the Leisure Club and a former member of the Woman's Club both in Hasbrouck Heights and the A.A.R.P.. She loved to travel in the U.S. and in Europe. Beloved wife of the late Robert W. Jones. Devoted mother of Robert M. Jones and his wife Brenda, David Jones and Allison Jones. Dear sister of the late Arlene Mertz and Marjorie Nizankewycz. Sister-in-law of Nicholas Jones and his wife Anna. Loving grandmother of Jason, Jessica, Kayla and Katie. Cherished aunt of several nieces and nephews. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Tuesday, May 25th at 8:30 AM. Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church Hasbrouck Heights at 9:30 AM. Interment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Monday, May 24th from 3-7 PM at the funeral home.
