Doris "Dollie" L. Forte (nee Livingstone) 92, of Emerson formerly of Elmwood Park and Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021. Born in East Paterson (Elmwood Park) to the late Walter and Edna Livingstone. Before retiring, Dollie was an office manager in the medical profession. Beloved wife of the late Phillip Forte, Jr. and former wife of the late Gene Azzalina. Devoted mother of Debra Pastuszak and her loving husband Billy and DarLyn Savage and her loving husband Ken. Cherished grandmother of Kevin Dommenge and his wife Sabrina, Lindsey Waddell and her husband Chris, Scott Dommenge, Ryan Miller, and Kyle Miller and his fiancé Joselyn McClatchey and four great grandchildren Adam, Eivor, Jack and Emily. Also survived by her niece Maureen Kustos and her husband Laszlo, her niece Annette Long and Erin and Scott Travisano and their daughter Maureen. Predeceased by her sisters Edna Judkins and Blanche Long, her niece Judith Carlson and her nephew Bobby Long. Doris cherished the simple things in life. Some of her fondest memories were the times spent at the beach and her love for animals. Graveside Service at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus on Thursday, February 18th at 2 PM. Visitation Thursday from 11 AM-1 PM at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Tomorrows Children's Fund or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
