Elena Moscoso Panganiban

Elena Moscoso Panganiban 81, of Haverstraw, NY passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Born in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya Philippines to the late Ambrosia and Juan Moscoso and came to the United States in 2005. She received her Masters Degree from the Philippine Normal University in Manila. Before retiring, Elena was a school teacher in the Philippines. Beloved wife of Dr. William Panganiban. Devoted mother of Maria Khristine Vitto and her husband John Ian, Fr. Liam Reza Panganiban, C.R.M. and Alex Guillaume Mathieu Panganiban and his wife Camille. Dear sister of Lydia Valino, Nellie Uichanco and the late  Romulo, Ernesto and Virgilio Moscoso.

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights on Monday, March 30th at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy from St. Joseph's R.C. Church 40 Spring Street in Lodi at 10 AM. Private cremation will follow. Visitation Saturday, March 28th from 2 - 6 PM at the funeral home. No visitation on Palm Sunday.
