He was the beloved husband of thirty-two years to Delia Albarran. Devoted father of Felix L. Pagan, Alyssa Pagan and Amanda Mojica and her husband Joshua Aviles. Loving grandfather of Adrian Aviles and Ariana Aviles. Son-in-law of Luis Albarran. Dear brother of Paulita Pagan, Maria De Dolores Pagan, Carmen L. Pagan, Lito Pagan and Moises Pagan. Brother-in-law of Lisa Mojica and her husband Louie. Cherished nephew of Modesta Valdes.
