Frank E. Garnardello

It is with the deepest sadness that the family of Frank E. Garnardello (Frankie) announces his passing from Heart Failure at Hackensack Hospital on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at the age of 65.

Frankie grew up in Lodi, NJ and worked at Shoprite for over 47 years. Frankie's passions in life included Sports, God, family and friends. There wasn't a sports stat or player that he couldn't tell you about; it didn't matter what sport it was. Family always came first and if anyone needed anything, he was the first to offer to help. Frankie (Old Man) was the best godfather to his niece Dana and great nephew Christian. He was always there to celebrate every achievement, birthday and holiday together. He loved any excuse to get together with his family and always brought some game, players, or trade up in every conversation.

Frankie will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Norma, his sisters & brothers Nancy, Gerry and Jackie & Michelle, his nieces and nephews, Dana & Harold, Joseph & Kathleen, Beth & Stefan, and his great nephew Christian. Frankie is predeceased by his father, Frank.

Frankie will also be forever remembered by his cousins, extended family and dear friends.

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Monday, February 8th at 9:15 AM. Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady in Wood-Ridge at 10:30 AM. Interment following at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton. Visitation Saturday, February 6th from 2-5 PM at the funeral home. No visitation on Sunday.
