Fred Marques 60, a lifelong resident of Lodi passed away at home on Friday, July 29, 2022. Born in New York City to the late Antonio and Raquel Marques also of Lodi before they retired to Portugal. Fred was a dedicated employee of thirty years at ADI in Teterboro.  Beloved husband of thirty-three years to Susan (nee Long) Marques. Devoted father of Fredrick "Freddie" Marques. Dear brother of Tony, Joe and the late Herlander Marques.Loving son-in-law to the late Bart and Catherine Long. Fred will be missed by his brothers and sisters-in-law; Maureen, Nella, William, Ellen, Catherine, Robert, Margaret, Mary Beth, Nancy and Joan. Cherished uncle of Steven, Lisa, Matthew, Paula, Andrew, Catie, Jack, Ryan and Christopher, and cherished nephew of Mary. Fred loved collectibles, gardening, cooking and was always seen doing home improvements. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Saturday, August 6th at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy from St. Joseph's R.C. Church Lodi at 10 AM. Interment following at St. Nicholas Cemetery. Visitation Friday, August 5th from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
