WOOD-RIDGE- Grace M. Durkin (nee Spargo) 89, of Wood-Ridge peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 20, 2020. Beloved wife of the late John J. Durkin, Jr. Devoted mother of Maureen McCormick and her husband David, Carol Trinker and her husband Michael and the late Patricia Beard whose husband was David Beard. Dear sister of the late Marie Mason and Anthony Sparaco. Cherished grandmother of David A. Beard and his wife Meaghan Phipps, Christopher Beard and Faith Trinker. Grace was a parishioner of the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady in Wood-Ridge and a member of the Rosary Society. Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady on Thursday, December 24th at 10 AM. (All to meet at church). Entombment following at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visitation Wednesday, December 23rd from 5-7 PM at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady would be appreciated.
