Hon. Scott G. Sproviero 63, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on December 28, 2021. Born in Hackensack to the late Frank and Rachel Sproviero of Lodi. Devoted husband of Carolyn A. (nee Berry), proud and loving father of sons Jason and Sean Sproviero, and big brother to Bob Sproviero of Washington Township and Nancy Salerno of Hasbrouck Heights. Scott held an unwavering dedication to his family, taking pride in his sons' musical and engineering careers and enjoyed traveling with his family to destinations such as Jamaica and the Jersey Shore. Graduate of Lodi HS, Muhlenberg College, and Capital University Law School, Scott has held positions as a Clerk to Hon. Judge James Murphy, an Assistant Prosecutor for Bergen County, a Municipal Court Judge for the Borough of Lodi, an Arbitrator for the New Jersey State Board of Mediation, various municipal positions for the Boroughs of Hasbrouck Heights, New Milford, Lodi, and Saddle Brook, and private practice. Scott's legacy will always be his love for his family, music, and his eternal quest for seeking truth and enlightenment. Visitation at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave Hasbrouck Heights on Tuesday, January 4th from 3-8 PM. Funeral Liturgy from St. Joseph's R.C. Church Lodi on Wednesday January 5th at 10AM. (All to meet at church). Out of respect for the family, please do not attend if you are not feeling well. Masks are required upon entering the funeral home.
