Ida Rose Purcell (nee Bailey) 90, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Born in Jersey City to the late Rose and Irving Bailey. Before retiring, she was a lab specialist for Quest Diagnostics in Teterboro. Ida Rose was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church in Hasbrouck Heights. Beloved wife of the late James M. Purcell, Jr. Devoted mother of Patricia Purcell-Brice and her husband Mark, James "Jay" B. Purcell and his wife Wendy and Maureen Klenk and her late husband Bob. Dear sister of the late Joseph Bailey and Margaret Sommers. Loving grandmother of Lauren Rose Wahlberg (Karl), Jack Michael Purcell (Mackenzie), Meredith Brice, Robert J. Klenk, Kevin James Purcell, James E. Klenk, Kyle Matthew Purcell and Claudia Grace Purcell. Cherished great grandmother of Chase Wahlberg and August Alan Purcell.
