John H. Beitl 81, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024. Born in Jersey City to the late Marie and John A. Beitl. Before retiring, John was a printer at the NY Times in New York City and a member of the Typographical Union. He was an inductee in the Hasbrouck Heights Hall of Fame, a member of the former Pioneer Club in Hasbrouck Heights, an avid fan of Hasbrouck Heights football, the NY Giants and was an avid bowler. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Crafts) Beitl. Devoted father of Kenneth Beitl and his wife Carolyn Hill and Christine Beitl and her husband Jason Langley. Dear brother of the late Joseph M. Beitl. Loving grandfather of Grace Langley and Matthew Beitl.

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue Hasbrouck Heights on Saturday, January 4th at 9:30 AM. Interment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Friday, January 3rd from 4 - 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Shelter 2 Shelter Lane Oakland, NJ 07436 or to the V.F.W.
