John A. Carulli 81, of Phillipsburg formerly of Union City passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022. Born in Union City to the late John and Anna Carulli. Before retiring, John was a civil engineer for the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Dear brother of Alice Del Purgatorio and her late husband Perry. Loving uncle of Perry, Gary, Robert and John Del Purgatorio and Lisa Olsen. Cherished great uncle of his great nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, March 29th from 2-4 PM at Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights. Private cremation will follow.
