He was a realtor for Berkshire Hathaway Merendino Realty in Hasbrouck Heights. Beloved husband of Vanessa A. (nee Vertullo) Delchop. Devoted father of Joseph N. Delchop and his girlfriend Alexandra Ayton and Tara L. Wood and her husband Brandon. Dear brother of the late Kathy Wagner. Loving grandfather of Caden Wood. Cherished uncle of Kimberly Pavlu. Great uncle and Godfather of Sammy Pavlu.

Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church 260 Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights on Friday, April 29th at 11:30 AM. (All to meet at church). Private cremation will follow. Visitation Thursday, April 28th from 4-8 PM at Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
