Joseph R. Europa 74, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025. Born in Dumont to the late Gertrude and Louis Europa. Joe was a security guard at Hackensack University Medical Center North in Westwood. He was a past Exalted Ruler for the B.P.O.Elks Lodge 547 in Rutherford and a past District Deputy. Joe was also a Board member and treasurer for the Alfred M. Fiume Foundation. Beloved husband of Cathy A. (nee Barkenbush) Europa. Brother-in-law of Susan Carlini and her husband Anthony, Peter Barkenbush and his wife Heather and William Barkenbush and his wife Lisa. Cherished uncle of Nicholas, Julie, Kyle and Dean.

Visitation at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights on Saturday, November 1st from 1 - 4 PM with an Elks Service at 3 PM. Private cremation will follow.
