Joseph Gianni 91, of Lodi passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, December 27, 2024. Born in Comiso, Sicily Italy to the late Giovanna and Rosario Gianni. He came to the United States in 1951. He was employed at S. Goldberg Slipper Factory in Hackensack, NJ until 1983 when he opened Joe's Barber Shop in Teaneck, before retiring in 2005. Beloved husband of 67 years to Stella (nee Castilletti) Gianni. Devoted father of Rosario Gianni and his wife Korry and Jenny Gianni Wagenti and her husband Phil. Brother of the late Benny Gianni. Loving grandfather of Kaitlyn Risalvato and her husband Vincent, Kristina Wagenti Marvin and her husband Parker, Daniella Wagenti Rakotci and her husband Ethan and Michele Davenport and her husband Zach. Cherished great grandfather of Vince and Harper Risalvato, Cru and Brix Marvin, Kai Rakotci and Zachary Davenport. Joseph is also survived by his many nieces and nephews here and in Italy.

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue Hasbrouck Heights on Tuesday, December 31st at 8:30 AM. Funeral Liturgy from St. Joseph's R.C. Church in Lodi at 9:30 AM. Entombment following at Hackensack Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation Monday, December 30th from 4 - 8 PM at the funeral home.
