Lawrence "Larry"  M. Loewy 90, of Moonachie passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023. Born in New York City to the late Helen and William Loewy. Larry was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Before retiring, he was a brakeman for Conrail in Weehawken. Beloved husband of Katherine (nee Krzyzaniak) Loewy. Devoted father of Susan Oechsner and her late husband Timothy, Jane Loewy and the late Lawrence Loewy. Dear brother of John Loewy and the late Johanna Davis, Rose Higley, Ruth Buckley, Edward, Rudolph, Raymond and Peter Loewy. Loving grandfather of Timothy (Jacqueline), Olivia and Ryan Oechsner. Cherished uncle of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue Hasbrouck Heights on Friday, September 29th at 8:45 AM. Funeral Liturgy from the Church of the Annunciation in Paramus at 10 AM. Interment following at Cresthaven Memorial Park, Clifton. Visitation Thursday, September 28th from 3-7 PM at the funeral home.
