Margaret Schiro (nee Busardo) 98, of Lodi was called home to heaven on Monday, October 16, 2023. Born in New York City to the late Francesca and Vincenzo Busardo. Before retiring, she was a bookkeeper for Wechler Coffee Company in Moonachie. Margaret was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Hasbrouck Heights. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Schiro. Devoted mother of Barbara A. Schiro, Carol L. Schiro, Susan Johnsen and her husband Allen, Gloria Delcalzo and her husband Nick and Victor J. Schiro and his wife Linda. Dear sister of Peter Busardo and his wife Michela and the late Joseph Busardo and his late wife Mae and the late Agnes Iadonisi and her late husband Louis. Loving grandmother of Rebecca and James Andersen, Rachael and Nathan Bell, Nancy and Jonny Hickok, Nicholas and Carolyn Delcalzo, Holly and Chris Lindgren, Kevin and Rebecca Delcalzo, Timothy and Sarah Schiro, Evan and Stephanie Schiro and Nathan and Amanda Schiro. Cherished great grandmother of Olivia, Austin and Wyatt Andersen, Cayden and Everett Bell, Layla, Lillianna, Wesley and Charlotte Hickok, Addyson, Nicholas and Christopher Delcalzo, Gavin and Logan Lindgren, Ziggy and Ozzy (Nov. 2023) Delcalzo, Victor, Margaret, Joanna and Mekenzie Schiro, Liliana, Mariella and Felix Schiro.

A Service celebrating the life of Margaret Schiro will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that gifts be made to the Memorial Fund in memory of Margaret Schiro to the Bible Baptist Church,  31 Passaic Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
