Maria E. Vindas (nee Cespedes) 79, of Englewood passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024. Born in San Jose, Costa Rica to the late Rosa and Gonzalo Cespedes and came to the United States in 1972. Before retiring, Maria was the owner of Maria and Son Landscaping in Englewood. Devoted mother of Maria E. Vindas, Manuel Vindas and Kathy Colford. Dear sister of the late Rodrigo and William Cespedes. Loving grandmother of Michelle Greco and her husband Kyle, Monique Vindas and her fiance Romane Young, Manuel Vindas, III, Marc Vindas and his wife Ashley, Milan Vindas and Lance Flowers, Kevin Vindas, Dylan Colford and Logan Colford. Cherished great grandmother of Savannah Vindas, Romane Young, Ronan Young, Romoya Young, Wesley Flowers, Wynter Flowers and Marc Vindas, Jr.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, December 5th at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus at 11:30 AM. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
