Nora Theresa Lindquist (nee Breen) 92, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Born in Bronx, NY to the late Maurice and Bridget Breen. Nora was a graduate of Cathedral High School in New York City and the first class to walk down the aisle at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Before retiring, she was an administrative assistant at AT&T in Morristown for twenty years. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church and a member of the Rosary Society, a member of the Leisure Club and the V.F.W. Post 4591 Auxiliary all in Hasbrouck Heights. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Lindquist, Sr. Devoted mother of Noreen Lindquist Selberg and her husband Craig, Cathy Lindquist and her former husband Pete Soroka, Eileen Voorhees and her late husband Vincent, Jean Lindquist, John Lindquist and his wife Cynthia, Arthur Lindquist, Jr., Debra Lindquist Brown and her husband James and the late Baby boy Lindquist. Dear sister of the late Maurice Breen and his surviving wife Eithne, the late Anna Breen, the late  James Breen and his late wife Mary and the late Gerald Breen and his surviving wife Irene. Sister-in-law to the late William Lindquist and his late wife Ruth, the late Charles Lindquist and his late wife Florence, the late Grace Robinson and her late husband Tommy and the late George Lindquist and his former wife Cynthia. Loving grandmother of Michael Voorhees and his wife Christy, Colleen Voorhees and her husband Greg, Bridget Castello and her husband Michael, Erik Soroka and his wife Lauren, Shannon Brown and her fiancé Joe Fierro, Johanna Lindquist and James and Ryan Brown. Cherished great grandmother of Olivia, Gregory, Connor, Vincent and Anthony. Adored aunt of twenty five nieces and nephews. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Wednesday, August 3rd at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church at 10 AM. Cremation following at Cedar Lawn Crematory. Visitation Tuesday, August 2nd from 3-7 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to New Beginnings for Tomorrow 20 Just Rd. Fairfield, NJ 07004 an adult program for people with special needs, (nb4t.org) or to The Gary Sinise Foundation (garysinisefoundation.org) in memory of Nora Theresa Lindquist would be appreciated.
