Patricia A. Specchio (nee Orlovsky) 73, of Little Ferry passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. Born in Passaic to the late Andrew and Florence Orlovsky. Patricia received her Bachelors Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck. She was a clerk for Lewis Shron Attorney-At-Law in Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late John "Sonny" T. Specchio, the love of her life whom she met in 1970. Devoted mother of the late John B. Specchio. Patricia was the eldest of four sisters. She leaves behind many loved ones. Patricia was actively involved with mainstreaming the students at Bergen County Day Training Center in Paramus. She received numerous letters of recognition for all her work with the developmentally disabled. Cremation will be private. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
