Obituary

Pauline Flannery (nee Napolitano) 90, of Hasbrouck Heights formerly of Secaucus and Lodi passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, September 29, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Jennie and Nicole Napolitano. Before retiring, Pauline was an accountant for Pepsi-Cola in Jersey City and established an independent trucking transport company with her two eldest daughters. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church in Hasbrouck Heights. Pauline was passionate about helping those in need and supported many causes including Tunnels to Towers, Wounded Warriors, The Bowery Mission, Project Smile, The PBA , Trinity Missions, The Hungry Children of Appalachia, and and the Society of the Little Flower. Pauline was a past president of both the American Legion Post 118 Auxiliary in Secaucus and the Deborah Heart and Lung Auxiliary. She was a member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church Rosary Society in Lodi.

Beloved wife of the late Gene Flannery. Devoted mother of Michele Zerener and her husband Martin, Debra Flannery and her partner Edward Miller and the late Donna Sanfilippo. Dear sister of the late Mauro Napolitano and his late wife Anne. Loving grandmother of Salvatore Sanfilippo and his wife Oksana, Dr. Martin Zerener and his wife Megan, Dr. Ashley Zerener, Jennie Miller and her fiance Peter Infantino, and Gena Zerener. Cherished great grandmother of Dominic, Adrian, Nora and Hope. Pauline is also survived by her extended family and friends.

Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church 260 Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights on Monday, October 6th at 11 AM. Entombment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Monday from 9:30 - 10:30 AM at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital or Boys Town 14100 Crawford Street  Boys Town, NE. 68010.
