Philip "Tio" Henriquez 94, of Manahawkin formerly of Little Ferry passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021. Born in New York City to the late Philip and Malda Henriquez. Philip was a Navy Veteran of W.W.II serving from 1944-1946 and was a life member of the V.F.W. Post 809 and a member of the American Legion Post 310 both in Little Ferry. Before retiring, he was a meter technician for the Bergen County Utilities Authority in Little Ferry and after retiring, he was a school crossing guard in Little Ferry. Beloved husband of former Little Ferry councilwoman Roberta (nee Olsen) Henriquez. Dear brother of the late Irma Peloseo and Norma Hernandez. Brother-in-law of Madeline Olsen and Jessica Sparkman. Cherished uncle of Tracey-Ellen Ehalt and her husband Keith and their children Russell and Emma Ehalt and many friends who were like family. Funeral Service at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Thursday, September 23rd at 11 AM. Private cremation will follow. Visitation Wednesday, September 22nd from 3-7 PM at the funeral home.
