Theresa Moffatt

Theresa Moffatt (nee Higgins) 99, of New York City passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Born in the Bronx to the late Rose and Andrew Higgins. Before retiring, Theresa was an Executive Secretary for Imperial Reading in New York City. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in New York City. 

Beloved wife of the late Frank Moffatt. Dear sister of the late Kathleen Higgins, Rita Chack, and Rosetta Gochis. Cherished aunt of Djinna Gochis, Carol Chack, Eileen Finn Urdaz, Patricia Finn and the late Barbara Chack and several great-nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Liturgy from St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church Columbus and 60th Street in New York City on Wednesday, August 26th at 10 AM. (All to meet at church). Interment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
