Thomas E. Mason, Jr. 59, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. Tom received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall Law School. He served as a Major Judge Advocate in the United Sates Army Reserve and was Senior Vice Commander of the V.F.W. Post 4591 in Hasbrouck Heights.. Tom was an attorney in Hasbrouck Heights for many years and served as a Public Defender. He was a member of the Christ First United Methodist Church, a past president and member of the Lions Club and chairman of its Fireworks Display, a Commissioner of the Men's Softball League, a former Little League coach and an active advocate for the preservation of Woodland Park all in Hasbrouck Heights. Former spouse to Constance. Devoted father of Emma E. Mason, Thomas E. Mason, III and Donald E.J. Mason. Loving son of Carol M. Mason and the late Thomas "Archie" E. Mason, Sr. Dear brother of Susan M. Mason, Dr. Jeffrey E. Mason and his wife Laurie and Eric K. Mason and his wife Lisa. Cherished uncle of Ryan, Kenneth and Alexis Mason.
Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Friday, November 18th at 9 AM. Funeral Service at the Christ First United Methodist Church in Hasbrouck Heights at 10 AM. Interment following at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack.
