William "Bill" A. Sobchik

William "Bill" A. Sobchik 57, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026. He graduated from Kutztown University with a BA in Criminal Justice and received his Masters Degree from Seton Hall University. Before retiring, Bill was a U.S. Court Pretrial Officer for the U.S. Courts in Newark.

Beloved husband of Victoria (nee Mazotas) Sobchik. Loving son of Nancy Sobchik and the late William A. Sobchik, Sr. Dear brother of Nancy DeVincenzo. Brother-in-law of Sharon and Tom Herman. Cherished uncle of Heather, Marissa and Brianna. Cousin of Cindy Bruschi.

Funeral Service at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights on Thursday, August 20th at 11 AM. Entombment following. Visitation Wednesday, August 19th from 4 - 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Operation K9 Beethoven (operationk9 beethoven.com) would be appreciated.
