About Cost Memorial Home

For more than five decades, Costa Memorial Home has been honored to serve families throughout Hasbrouck Heights and the surrounding communities with compassion, dignity, and personalized care. Founded in 1975 by Joseph and Victoria Costa, the funeral home has remained at its present location at the corner of Boulevard and Central Avenue, right in the heart of Hasbrouck Heights.

From the very beginning, Joseph and Victoria built Costa Memorial Home on a simple philosophy: treat every family as if they were members of their own family. That commitment to caring service, attention to detail, and respect for every individual's wishes has guided the funeral home for over 50 years and continues to be the foundation of everything we do today.

As a family-owned and operated funeral home, Costa Memorial Home understands the importance of trust during life's most difficult moments. Families can rely on our experienced team to provide thoughtful guidance, professional service, and meaningful tributes that honor the life and legacy of their loved ones.

Today, the next generation of the Costa family proudly continues that tradition. Twin sons Vincent Costa and Joseph Costa carry forward their parents' dedication to serving families with the same compassion, integrity, and personal attention that have defined Costa Memorial Home since its founding.

Beyond serving families, the Costa family has long been committed to giving back to the community they proudly call home. Over the years, they have supported numerous local organizations and programs, including the Lions Club, Kiwanis Club, Chamber of Commerce, Hasbrouck Heights Little League, Hasbrouck Heights Junior Aviator Football and Cheerleading, Corpus Christi Church, and the Knights of Columbus. Their commitment to community service reflects the values of caring, generosity, and neighborly support that have always been at the heart of the funeral home.

Costa Memorial Home welcomes and honors all faiths, cultures, and traditions. Whether families choose a traditional funeral service, memorial gathering, cremation service, or wish to plan ahead through pre-arrangement options, our staff is dedicated to helping create meaningful services that reflect each family's unique needs and wishes.

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, Costa Memorial Home offers ample off-street parking and is fully handicap accessible.

For over 50 years, generations of families have placed their trust in Costa Memorial Home. We remain deeply grateful for that trust and are committed to continuing our tradition of compassionate care and service for generations to come.
